Art You Can Feel
MY CREATIVE JOURNEY
If Not Now, When?
The unexpected journey that led me to painting.
Art has always been a thread running through my life. As a child, I loved creating fashion illustrations, never imagining that art might become my profession. Instead, life led me in another direction.
Life as an Art
Fascinated by human potential, I became an organizational and spiritual psychologist, group facilitator, and leadership coach. For decades, I helped people discover possibilities, pursue their dreams, and embrace the idea of living life as an art and work and at home.
A year passed. I hadn’t picked up a brush.
Then I asked myself the very question I’d spent years encouraging others to consider:
If Not Now, When?
I took the leap and enrolled.
What began as a creative exploration became an unexpected new chapter. I immersed myself in painting, studying and experimenting. Before long, people began to purchase and commission my work.
Within six months, every piece sold. No one was more surprised than me.
A friend then invited me to exhibit my paintings, but I had only one problem: I had nothing left to sell. So I bought larger canvases, rolled up my sleeves, and began creating new series of work.
Art You Can Feel
Today, abstract painting brings together so much of what has always mattered to me: curiosity, creative expression, emotional connection, and discovering the unexpected.
I create art not simply to be seen, but to be felt - art that invites you to pause, look deeper, and discover something that speaks uniquely to you.
It's never too late to begin. If there's a dream calling you, why not start today?
If Not Now, When?
Creativity was always part of that journey. I taught the mandala, circular art, as a path to self-discovery and also created a line of WordSpiration Cards - inspirational word art designed to encourage reflection and possibility.
Yet something was still calling me.
Enter Abstract Painting
For years, I wanted to explore multi-media painting, but never found the right teacher. Then, I discovered a free on-line course. I loved it. When a 12-week course was offered, I hesitated at the cost, convinced I could do it on my own.
